Wearing: August Street blazer, Josh Goot Eel Print tee (warehouse sale; $100), Zara Skort, Billini Heels (via The Iconic), PeepToe patent clutch (warehouse sale; $19)
This is probably my favourite outfit post I've shot to date. Everything about it just teams together perfectly; I wouldn't change one thing even if I could. As I've stated in many previous posts I am a big lover of colour, and it has really surprised me how often I have subconsciously picked myself monochrome outfits lately (both on the blog and off). It is definitely a result of current style trends; but contrary to how I've always felt in the past I have really embraced it this season, and am thankful for that!
My obsession with Josh Goot continues with this tee, which features the eel print from the Resort '12/13 collection (of which I also own the incredible neoprene flare skirt, and will hopefully feature soon!) Block-coloured items make up the rest of the outfit, and I really love the subtle mix of textures; given from the various fabrics and also the faux texture created by the tee's print. All round it's perfectly balanced; comfy, stylish...really what more could you ask for in an outfit? I for one am totally smitten.
